Cancellations Policy
At Beauty Artistry by Benice, we strive to provide our clients with exceptional service. As professionals, we value both your time and ours. To ensure a seamless experience for all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy for our Powder Brows service:
Due to an increase in "no-shows," we have updated our booking policy. All clients are now required to provide a card on file to confirm appointments. Card details are kept strictly confidential and can be provided via messenger, phone, or through the Timely booking system at Timely Booking. Use your phone number to log in and add your card details under 'My Cards' section, which is in the menu or the arrow next to your name depending on your device.
Cancellation/Reschedule Policy: Consultation / Non-Permanent Make-up Appointments
We kindly request 24 hours' notice for any changes
No-Shows - Consultations
$50 will be charged to the provided card if you do not show up for your consultation without providing at least 24 hours' notice
No-Shows - Non-Permanent Make-Up Appointments
50% of the value of the service
Cancellation and Rescheduling - Powder Brows
We kindly request that you provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another client.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we appreciate your effort to reschedule if you are feeling unwell. While we prefer 48 hours' notice, we recognize that this may not always be possible in such cases.
Deposit Policy
Powder Brows
Powder Brows are a time-intensive service. When you book your appointment, we reserve a designated amount of time specifically for you, secured with a deposit.
Cancellations Made 24 Hours Prior: If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, your booking fee is transferable to another appointment date.
Cancellations Within 24 Hours or No-Shows: If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or fail to show up, your deposit will be forfeited.
Repeat Cancellations/Deferrals: If a client reschedules or defers their appointment at short notice (less than 48 hours) more than once, the deposit will be forfeited after the second short-notice change. To rebook, an additional $100 deposit will be required. This policy is in place to minimise disruption and ensure fairness to all clients.
